At Akaisha Silver we want all of our customers to be completely happy with their purchase and offer a 7 day customer satisfaction guarantee. To return any items please complete the returns form on the reverse of the receipt enclosed with your order. Provided they are returned in the original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition within 7 days of receipt we would gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note. Please wrap the items in their original packaging securely and use insured registered post, keeping the receipt. We cannot accept liability for or offer a refund if goods are lost or damaged in transit. Postage for returns can only be refunded where goods are faulty. The returns policy does not include earrings for pierced ears, which cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
You will be notified via email when we have processed your refund. This can take up to 7 working days.
Please check your goods on delivery. If any items are delivered damaged or faulty you must let us know us within 2 days of delivery. All damaged or faulty goods must be returned to us with full details of the damage/fault and all original packaging. We will reimburse the postage cost and cover the additional costs to replace the damaged/faulty item. If you do not inform us within 2 days, we will unfortunately be unable to accept liability for any items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.
