We will always endeavour to despatch an order as quickly as possible. We would however ask that you allow 7 to 14 working days from when we receive your order to the date when your order will be despatched. Occasionally, when products are out of stock, the date your order is despatched may be subject to a slight delay. We will always inform of such delays where telephone or email contact details have been provided.

Our standard postage and packaging is £3.50, via Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will be required before the package can be delivered, for security purposes.
